Pay-as-You-Go Credits
You can request a refund for unused pay-as-you-go credits by completing the Contact Support form in the footer of our website within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.
We also provide trial credits with no feature limitations, allowing you to experience our services for free. We highly recommend you fully experience the trial before paying.

Subscription Plan Credits
If you stop using GStory but forget to cancel your subscription, we are usually happy to refund your latest subscription payment—as long as you have not used any credits or created any images, videos, or audio since the payment was completed.
To request a refund, please log in to your GStory account and submit a refund request via the Contact Support form.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction to request a refund.

After receiving your refund request, we will review your account status to determine if it is eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 7 work days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
